Meet The Team That Drives Our Mission
Joel Feldman
Joel Feldman is the father of Casey Feldman and founder of the Casey Feldman Foundation and its sponsored project, EndDD.org. He is a practicing attorney and a shareholder in the law firm of Anapol Weiss. Joel has given more than 1,000 distracted driving presentations to students and adults across the country and is confident that we can make distracted driving socially unacceptable.
Dianne Anderson
Casey’s mother, Dianne is a 1980 graduate of Villanova Law School and practiced law for over 25 years before co-founding the Casey Feldman Foundation in 2009. She works through the Foundation’s many sponsored projects to make this world a better place in memory of Casey.
Brett Feldman
Casey’s brother, Brett is a graduate of The University of Colorado Boulder where he earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in astronomy and astrophysics as well as a bachelor’s degree in physics with honors. He is a software engineering / data science manager at Uplight in Boulder, Colorado.
Janine Guzzone
Janine Repka Guzzone has over ten years of fundraising experience and is currently the Senior Development Manager at the Crime Victims Treatment Center in New York. Casey and Janine were great friends and roommates at Fordham University.
Brooke Burdge
Brooke Burdge is a brand marketing consultant. She formerly was a founding team member of Attentive, a mobile software technology company. Brooke was a close friend and classmate of Casey's at Fordham University and was one of the first recipients of the Casey A. Feldman Memorial Scholarship.
Kelsey Butler
Kelsey Butler is a reporter and editor living in New Jersey. Her work has appeared in Women's Health, NBC News, Women's Wear Daily, USA Today and Bloomberg News. She was Casey's friend and roommate at Fordham University, where they worked together on the school newspaper, The Observer.
Matthew Thornton
Matthew Thornton is a 2010 graduate of The Penn State Smeal College of Business with a bachelors of science in finance. He currently works for Bryn Mawr Trust's Wealth Management division in Princeton as an investment advisor. Matt and Casey were close friends since their early high school theater days.
Rachael Kemmey
Rachael Kemmey is 2010 graduate of Temple University and a 2013 graduate of Widener University School of Law. She currently works for the Delaware County Office of the District Attorney as an assistant district attorney, assigned to the law and appeals unit. Rachael and Casey were close friends since freshman year of high school.
Junior Board Members
Gabriela Morgado
Gabriela Morgado is a graduate student at the University of Florida in hopes of obtaining her doctorate degree. She currently works at UF Health's Rehabilitation Hospital as a Therapy Technician. Gabriela is passionate about distracted driving after seeing how it has impacted her college campus.
Morgan Steward
Morgan Steward is an Associate Producer at Jill Furman Productions, the production company behind Broadway's hit Hamilton. She holds a degree in communication and media studies and new media and digital design from Fordham University, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Fordham Observer and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with honors. She is a former student intern with the Casey Feldman Foundation.
Amanda Peacock
Amanda Peacock is a Professional Development Coordinator at Princeton University and holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Montclair State University. She has competed in the Miss America Organization for over 10 years, where she began her distracted driving advocacy at age 13. Amanda is passionate about ending this epidemic after working with numerous families who have lost a loved one due to a distracted driver.
